We offer three types of cleaning services to meet your specific cleaning needs. See the various cleaning tasks that each service type provides.

  • What We Don't Do

There are a few things we DO NOT do as part of our cleaning service:

  • We do NOT pick up, move or remove clutter (5 or more items in any given area ie, books, boxes, mail, papers, cloths & trash, ect.)
  • We do NOT clean exterior windows and high reaching indoor windows
  • We do NOT do any heavy lifting over 30 lbs (Insurance Requirements)
  • We do NOT do any cleaning of bodily fluids, feces, heavy mold, toys, pet waste, or other bio-hazards (we do clean minor areas in bathrooms)
  • We do NOT step higher than 3 steps on a ladder (Insurance Requirements)
  • We do NOT do any deep cleaning of any valuable items such as antiques, dishware, electronics, etc.
  • We do NOT do any wet wiping of light bulbs
  • We do NOT do re-cleans after another unaffiliated service was completed, such as painting or any construction type work, etc.
  • We do NOT do heavy scrubbing of walls
